We offer some of the most sought after cottages in the Downtown area or the historic district of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Stay in quiet solitude or enjoy upscale fun right outside your door. Each cottage has a distinct style, very upscale with luxurious bedding, kitchens, fabulous porches and outdoor areas. All are within walking distance of fantastic shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment. Most cottages are for two, although we can accommodate up to six.

Weekends range from $99 to $199 per night plus tax. We offer great discounts for weekdays and extended stays on select cottages.
Sorry all cottages have a two night minimum. One night deposit required. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit.
All Cottages are non-smoking. No pets allowed. We do allow pre-approved older children.
